What does this cost?

Pricing varies by project scope. We work with all kinds of budgets, from focused tools to larger builds. After the consultation call, we will prepare a custom quote for your dream solution. That $50 is credited toward the project if we work together.

What happens on the consultation call?

You spend 45 minutes with Cai walking through what is broken today. You leave with a clear plan and an honest read on fit, not a pitch. If we are not a fit, we say so.

Who will I actually work with?

Cai Cruz, a founder. You work with the engineer building your software, backed by Lorenzo Cruz and a family of engineers with over 30 years of combined experience.

Do I need to know exactly what to build?

No. Bring the broken workflow. We help you define the software from how your team actually works today.

Do I own the software when it's done?

Yes. Once the project is paid for, you own the custom code and design we build for you. On a case-by-case basis we may include proprietary components, like our lead generator engine. When we do, we will specify that in your contract. Everything else is yours to keep, modify, or hand off anytime.

What if I need changes later?

We build software that's easy to update and document everything clearly. You can come back to us for changes, hire your own developer, or manage it internally. Your choice.

How long does a typical project take?

Of course it depends on the project scope. Most projects run 6 to 16 weeks, but could be shorter or longer. We work in two-week cycles and show you working progress at every step, so you're never waiting months to see something real.

How does AI help, and is my data safe?

We use AI to speed up development and testing, but every decision about your software is made by a real engineer. Your business data is never used to train AI models, and security is built in from day one.

Can we sign an NDA before sharing details?

Absolutely. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before our first conversation if you'd like to keep your ideas confidential.
